May I submit multiple CD titles?
As a paid member in good standing, you may submit as many titles as you wish.

What you get.
We will make web pages dedicated to selling your CD including the standard ordering page and a special bio page. These include sound clips, artist photo, CD graphic, links, reviews and all the text and description that you want. And we put those pages in our categories and search engines making it easy for visitors to find and buy your CD. We take credit card orders for your CD, online or through our toll-free order line, and ship the orders immediately.

What styles of music do you accept?
We accept every style, except we do not accept CDs and DVDs with parental advisories, that promote sexually explicit activities or violence, promote discrimination, promote any illegal activity, or otherwise violate intellectual property rights.

How long will you offer my CD for sale?
That depends on you. Normally the answer is, "forever," (even if your membership expires) but there are stipulations. We must know where you are. If we send you mail or email and it is returned, and we do not get a new address from you, we can't send you any more payments, so we will stop selling your CD. Also, if you fail to send us more CDs when we sell out, we will stop selling your CD. Otherwise, we will continue to list your CD for sale until you tell us to remove it. To make sure we continue to sell your CD, simply keep us informed as to your whereabouts at all times, and make sure you send us more CDs when we request them. .

What happens to my CDs if they don't sell?
You can request your CDs back at any time. We will, of course, no longer promote them or sell them. Further, if we send you any mail or email and it is returned, and we are unable to locate you for a minimum period of six months after the mail has been returned, we will sell your remaining CDs on closeout for whatever price we can get and donate the money to charity. To make sure we continue to sell your CDs and keep them in inventory, simply keep us informed as to your whereabouts at all times.

Must I have a bar code on my CD? Must it be shrinkwrapped?
No to both.

This is a non-exclusive agreement.
We do not own any rights to you and your music. This is a totally non-exclusive agreement. We are not a record label. We just sell and distribute your CD. You can make any deals with anyone else at any time. We have no control over anything you do.

Cancel any time you want.
You can cancel at any time you want. Just tell us and we will remove your CD from our store. We will return any CDs we still have in stock. You simply pay the return postage.

Send 6 CD Copies.
Just send 6 copies of your CD, the first time. We keep one of the CDs for our master file that we use to make soundbytes and graphics for promotional purposes. The other 5 are put in our inventory for your sales. You send more as we need them. If you send too many at any time, we may have to return them. Or, if you want us to return any of them, we will be happy to do so at your expense.

What to Send.
Send the 6 CDs with your membership number. And send your website URL so that we can grab your bio and promotional materials. Or, send an email to (aimcmc@aol.com) including your bio, promotional information about the CD, your retail selling price, the music category for your CD, and anything else you would like us to include on your web page to help sell your CD. As a Professional Member, there is no additional money due.

Mail in a cardboard box, do not send in a bubble envelope.

What if I join CMC and submit my CD, but it is not accepted?
We do not accept CDs with parental advisories, that promote sexually explicit activities or violence, promote discrimination, promote any illegal activity, or otherwise violate intellectual property rights. If your CD is not accepted, we will offer you a prorated membership refund minus the cost to return your CDs.
